Senior Property Manager – Real Estate Location: Inner East Full-Time | $80,000–$90,000 Super (negotiable based on experience) A new opportunity is now available for a capable and professional Senior Property Manager to join a reputable real estate agency in Melbourne’s Inner East. This role is suited to someone confident managing their own portfolio who is seeking strong structure, flexibility, and long-term stability. About the Role You’ll be managing a well-maintained portfolio with your choice of structure — 180-200 properties. You’ll also receive commissions for any new business you bring in. While the contract notes 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Property Manager has worked weekends for years — and if you do, it’s paid. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end management of a clean and stable portfolio • Working closely with landlords, tenants, and trades • Handling maintenance, arrears, leasing, and compliance • Bringing in and onboarding new managements (commission paid) • Using systems such as PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express, and Munday • Liaising with a supportive and experienced internal team What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio • Agent’s Representative Certificate (Certificate IV preferred) • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills • Reliable, well-organised, and proactive in your approach • Familiar with PropertyMe or similar platforms • Someone seeking a long-term move and a strong culture fit Why You’ll Love This Role • Monday to Friday only – optional Saturdays with penalty rates • No KPIs, micromanagement, or after-hours stress • Autonomy, flexibility, and admin support where needed • Commissions for new business • Great internal systems and procedures • Career progression available for those who want it If you’re a strong operator looking for a genuinely supportive agency where you can be left to do what you do best, apply now.
